Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Experience: 2–6 Years
Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)
Industry: IT Services / Data & Analytics / Staffing
Role Summary
The Business Development Executive will drive growth through OEM partnerships, customer acquisition, and staff augmentation engagements. The role requires strong relationship management, revenue ownership, and the ability to manage both strategic alliances and enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ OEM Engagement Management
Build relationships with regional OEM distributors and channel partners (BI/Analytics platforms) in GCC
Drive GTM initiatives aligned with Middle East partner programs
Identify co-selling opportunities and drive pipeline generation.
Manage partner communication, compliance, and commercial alignment.
2️⃣ Customer Engagement
Engage UAE/GCC enterprise accounts, government entities, and large private sector clients
Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes in the Middle East market
Identify and engage enterprise prospects.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand analytics and staffing needs.
Present solutions aligned to customer requirements.
Drive proposal discussions, negotiations, and closures.
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
3️⃣ Staff Augmentation & Managed Services
Knowledge of UAE labour laws, visa processes, and contractor models
Understand resource requirements (technical & domain).
Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to position profiles.
Manage commercial discussions and contract closures.
Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement governance.
Required Skills
Experience working with UAE/GCC enterprise clients preferred.
Understanding of Middle East market dynamics and relationship-driven sales
Strong cross-cultural communication skills
Ability to work with multi-national stakeholders
Experience in IT services or analytics staffing sales
Understanding of BI/Analytics ecosystem (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (OEM + Client + Internal Teams)
Revenue-driven mindset with target orientation
KPIs
Revenue & margin targets
New client acquisition
OEM pipeline contribution
Staff augmentation conversion ratio
Account retention & expansion
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech or consulting sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable for international roles.
