Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

� Proactively generate new leads through Hot leads, walk-ins, referrals, and networking

� Conduct client consultations and present immigration program options

� Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and corporate partners

� Convert qualified leads into paying customers

� Work collaboratively with the legal & documentation teams to ensure smooth processing

� Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Desired Candidate Profile

We’re Looking For ✅ Minimum 2 years of sales experience in one or more of the following sectors: Immigration consulting Real estate Luxury hospitality / customer service Second passport or residency-by-investment HNWI-focused services

✅ Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

✅ Proven ability to close deals and build trust with affluent clients

✅ Familiarity with UAE market and client expectations

✅ Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi, Arabic, Russian, or French is an added advantage

✅ Confident, presentable, and self-driven
