Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, and excited to work in a new startup. You will support the founders directly and play a key role in business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Business Development • Identify potential clients (hotels, clinics, hospitality venues). • Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, and outreach. • Prepare client lists, and contact databases. • Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups. Client Meetings & Coordination • Attend client meetings alongside the founders. • Assist in presenting VIPark’s services. • Take meeting notes and follow up with action points. • Maintain professional communication with potential clients. Administrative & Operational Support • Organize documents, proposals, and client files. • Support the team with scheduling, calendar management, and logistics. • Assist with basic reporting and CRM updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus). • Applicants must possess a Business or Hospitality-related degree. • Experience in sales. • Confident, presentable, and professional in meetings. • Strong organization and time-management abilities. • Proficient with digital tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office / CRM).
