Business Development Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the UAE market. If you have strong sales acumen, experience in organizing events, and a passion for building business in Dubai this role is for you.

What You ll Be Responsible For:
Revenue & Sales
Achieve a minimum of 15 confirmed sales per month (mandatory KPI)
Generate leads through events, webinars, networking, and direct outreach
Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates
Maintain accurate sales reports and performance tracking

Paid Events / Masterclasses
Organize and execute one paid event/masterclass per month in Dubai
Manage venue coordination, promotions, registrations, and execution
Ensure profitability and ROI for each event

Webinars (UAE Market)
Plan and conduct virtual webinars targeting the UAE audience
Generate qualified leads and drive conversions
Handle structured post-webinar follow-ups

Director Visits & Seminars
Coordinate and participate in seminars during Director visits
Manage local logistics and registrations
Represent the organization at business forums and networking events

Market Development
Build and maintain local partnerships
Identify new business opportunities in Dubai
Enhance brand visibility and client acquisition

Key Requirements:
Must be currently residing in Dubai / UAE (Local candidate preferred)
2 4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Event Sales
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Self-driven with the ability to meet monthly targets
Knowledge of the UAE market is an added advantage
