Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to generate leads, build brand awareness, and promote our solutions.
  • Collaborate with our product and development teams to identify new opportunities and address customer needs.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, provide coaching and training to sales team members, and monitor their performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to our management team on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Continually evaluate and improve our sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships, generate leads, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3 u2013 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the CRM or software industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills span span span span span span .
  • Proven track record of driving sales revenue and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Familiarity with Zoho is a plus.
