Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are a Freight recruitment firm based in Dubai. We have a Business Development/ Sales role for one of our clients in KSA which is a global freight forwarding company.
Responsible for bringing on and maintaining a book of business as well as growing import/export sales in Air/Ocean internationally.
Develop new business through research, prospecting, and qualifying new opportunities. This will include customer visits & developing relationships within the defined geographical area.
Successfully close new business and onboard new clients.
Increase market share within the existing client base.
Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Work with the Pricing team on client pricing strategies and customer rate quotes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in business development in the freight forwarding industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Achieve GP minimum 3-4 times of your target salary.
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in freight forwarding Sales (Air, Sea & Express).
Must have existing customer base from the respective market.
An understanding of logistics operations and Freight industry, products & services.
Valid Driving License is a must.
