Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Title: Business development Manager ( Manpower& staffing Only)
Preferably for applicants inside Saudi Arabia or ready to relocate .
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales in the manpower field; Staffing and Recruitment Services with at least 4-5 years' experience in the Saudi Market and with an existing database for Manpower services.
Extensive experience in recruitment sales for white collar . ( A Must )
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing, workforce planning, or talent acquisition.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
•Understanding Client Workforce Needs.
•Consult with clients to understand their hiring goals, skill gaps, labour market challenges, and workforce strategies.
•Tailor solutions such as temporary staffing, direct hire, contract labour, or workforce training to meet client needs.
•Design customized workforce strategies, including contingent labour programs, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and talent pipelines.
•Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, account managers, trainers) to deliver and implement workforce solutions.
•Proposal & Contract Management.
•Prepare service proposals, staffing plans, and pricing models.
•Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring legal and compliance standards are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
Recruitment & Staffing Sales/Business Development Experience.
Strong in new client acquisition and generating new business with the existing clients.
Should possess business development experience in the Staffing business.
