Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate new manpower and recruitment contracts Approach companies in construction, hospitality, FM, logistics, security, retail, and healthcare Conduct meetings with HR managers, procurement teams, and business owners Present workforce solutions and close service agreements Build long-term client relationships Follow up on leads and convert them into active contracts Coordinate with operations for worker deployment Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 7 years of proven B2B sales experience (manpower, recruitment, FM, outsourcing, or similar sectors) Strong negotiation and closing skills Existing network of corporate contacts is a major advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Valid UAE driving license is preferred
