Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by proactively researching and targeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth within a specified territory or industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

  • Glass and Aluminum System experience is preferred
