● Government Outreach: Identify and establish high-level contacts within Dubai Government departments and Federal Ministries. ● MoU Management: Lead the process of drafting, proposing, and renewing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with public entities. ● Strategic Alignment: Ensure SMCCU programs align with government agendas (e.g., Dubai Economic Agenda D33, Year of Sustainability, etc.). ● CRM Excellence: Maintain and update a dedicated "Government & VIP" database within Salesforce, tracking all interactions and follow-ups. ● Protocol & Representation: Represent SMCCU at official government functions, exhibitions, and forums. ● Customized Proposals: Create tailored cultural program packages specifically designed for government staff training or official delegations. ● Market Intelligence: Monitor the "Dubai Pulse" and government portals for tenders or partnership opportunities relevant to cultural services. ● Reporting: Provide weekly updates on the status of government leads and the progress of ongoing public sector projects. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the seamless execution of high-profile government visits.

Cultural Authority Deep understanding of Emirati history, values, and the "Open Doors. Open Minds." philosophy. Communication Native-level fluency in Formal Arabic (written and spoken) for official correspondence and high-level meetings. Protocol Knowledge Mastery of UAE Government protocol and etiquette when dealing with high-ranking officials and dignitaries. Networking A strong existing network or the proven ability to build relationships within the UAE public sector. Salesforce Proficiency Ability to manage data and track the "sales funnel" for government accounts digitally.
