We partner with companies to improve employee health outcomes and enhance workplace productivity. Internship Overview We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to support our international B2B sales and partnerships efforts. This remote internship is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in sales, marketing, or business development, particularly in the rapidly growing global digital health sector. You will work closely with senior business development professionals and gain hands-on experience in international lead generation, client communication, and sales strategy. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified B2B leads in global markets through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels Assist in outreach to HR leaders, CHROs, and CXOs of mid-to-large organizations across regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Middle East, etc.) Schedule virtual meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor outreach strategies and content for international audiences Conduct market research and competitor analysis within target geographies Support deal-closing processes with mentorship from senior team members What We Offer Stipend + performance-based incentives Certificate of Internship + Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Mentorship from experienced professionals in a global health-tech startup Potential for full-time placement based on performance Exposure to high-impact international sales and business development projects
Desired Candidate Profile
Who We're Looking For Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields Strong interest in international B2B sales, partnerships, or business development Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn Comfortable with cold calling, pitching, and objection handling Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
