Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and sales pipeline growth within the Saudi (KSA) market.

  • Identify, target, and close opportunities with SMEs and enterprise clients across key industries.

  • Lead pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, solution presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.

  • Promote and sell Odoo ERP solutions or similar ERP/CRM/Business Management software.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-level executives.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities in KSA.

  • Collaborate closely with technical, implementation, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment with client needs.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums within Saudi Arabia.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B IT / Software / ERP sales or Business Development.

  • Mandatory experience in Odoo ERP sales or relevant ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of the Saudi / GCC business landscape, client behavior, and sales cycles.

  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions.

  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing the full sales lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred; English proficiency is mandatory.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and consultative selling skills.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
