Roles & Responsibilities

We are expanding into the baby and hygiene category (including diapers, wipes, toilet rolls, and tissue products) and are seeking a highly driven Business Development Lead to establish and grow our retail network across the UAE and GCC.

The ideal candidate will have deep relationships within hypermarkets, supermarkets, pharmacies, and baby specialty retailers and possess a strong track record of listing new brands and driving sales volumes across the hygiene category.



- Develop and execute the market entry strategy for the baby/hygiene category.
- Build and manage relationships with modern trade, key accounts, and pharmacies (e.g., Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop, Spinneys, Choithrams, Grand Hyper, Nesto, etc.).
- Negotiate listings, shelf space, promotional visibility, and in-store activations.
- Identify and onboard regional distributors or sub-distributors for GCC expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & distribution targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product availability and brand presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Experience: 5–7 years in FMCG / Baby / Hygiene / Tissue product sales within the UAE or GCC.

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Candidate Location: UAE preferred; open to GCC candidates willing to relocate.
