Location: Dubai (DMCC / JLT) (Hybrid- at home)


Job Description:


We are looking for a high-performing, well-connected Business Development Manager in the Dubai events industry who can deliver immediate and measurable results.

This is a performance-based role for a true closer, not a lead generator.


The selected candidate must be confident in their ability to:

  • Secure a minimum of 2 event clients of any type within 60 days (max 2 months)

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and new business opportunities

  • Actively drive client acquisition, partnerships, and long-term growth


Your Required Deliverables:

  • Close 2 signed corporate/medical/brand event clients within the first 60 days- 2 months

  • Generate qualified leads weekly

  • Build a sustainable client pipeline beyond initial wins

  • Leverage your existing network to continuously bring in business


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients (corporate events, conferences, activations, private events)

  • Utilize and expand your existing industry network

  • Develop and execute aggressive client acquisition strategies

  • Pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals

  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution


Desired Candidate Profile

Target Sectors:

  • Tech / Crypto (product launches, activations)

  • Healthcare / Pharma (conferences, seminars)

  • Corporate / Hospitality (galas, team events, brand experiences)


Must-Have Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in events business development in Dubai/GCC

  • Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue

  • Strong existing network of event buyers and decision-makers

  • Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure

  • Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • AED 3,000 base starting salary (after 2-month probation)

  • Uncapped commission + performance bonuses
