Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities, developers, consultants, and major stakeholders in Abu Dhabi.

  • Identify new business opportunities and support market intelligence gathering for upcoming infrastructure and construction projects. Assist in pre-qualification, tender preparation, client engagement, and strategic partnership development.

  • Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, and client visits. Coordinate internally with engineering, commercial, and project teams to ensure alignment with business development goals.

  • Prepare regular market reports, client updates, and opportunity tracking documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Preferably UAE national or long-term Abu Dhabi resident with strong networks in the local construction/infrastructure industry.

  • Candidates with experience in government authorities, developers, or client/owner-side entities are highly preferred. Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or client relations in the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sector.

  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s construction market, regulations, and procurement processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English (Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage).

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
