Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company across various sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive analysis.
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company goals.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients and partners.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company s brand.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to business development activities.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for business opportunities.
- Manage and mentor junior business development staff to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to think strategically and implement business development plans.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to travel for business meetings, conferences, and industry events.
