Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for FMCG, cosmetics, and appliances

  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and wholesalers

  • Expand business in French-speaking African regions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth

  • Handle negotiations, contracts, and key accounts

  • Ensure timely payment collections and credit control

  • Coordinate with logistics for smooth supply chain operations


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BCom / MBA preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in wholesale / distribution sales

  • Strong experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or appliances

  • Fluency in French and English (Mandatory)

  • Experience in African or international markets preferred

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Willing to relocate and travel
