Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for FMCG, cosmetics, and appliances
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and wholesalers
Expand business in French-speaking African regions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth
Handle negotiations, contracts, and key accounts
Ensure timely payment collections and credit control
Coordinate with logistics for smooth supply chain operations
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BCom / MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in wholesale / distribution sales
Strong experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or appliances
Fluency in French and English (Mandatory)
Experience in African or international markets preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willing to relocate and travel
