Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be at the forefront of building client relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and championing next-gen digital experiences for global brands.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting impactful solutions.
- Collaborate with internal creative, technical, and production teams to develop compelling proposals and winning pitches.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends in experiential tech, immersive media, VR/AR, and interactive installations.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Track sales performance, market trends, and pipeline progress to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years' experience in business development or sales, ideally within experiential marketing, creative technology, or digital/interactive media.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to managing clients and opportunities.
- Knowledge of VR/AR, immersive environments, digital installations, or emerging tech is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, pitches, and industry events.
Desired Candidate Profile
