Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partners, and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends.

Requirements :

Strong network of industry contacts and proven track record of driving business growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
Familiarity with market trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape in real estate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
