Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities within the healthcare sector (clinics, hospitals, medical centers, home healthcare).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and HR leaders.
  • Represent Tanizze in meetings, calls, and presentations — confidently in both Arabic and English.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to align client needs with candidate pipelines.
  • Develop proposals, manage client onboarding, and ensure smooth communication throughout.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
  • Have prior experience in sales, business development, or client relations in UAE — ideally in healthcare, recruitment, or services.
  • Strong communicator with a relationship-first approach.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Available part-time with flexibility for meetings or calls.
