Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities within oil & gas manufacturing markets.

  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with EPC contractors, operators, and OEM clients.

  3. Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to develop and tailor technical solutions that meet client requirements.

  4. Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, bid submissions, and contract negotiations.

  5. Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and contribute to strategic business planning initiatives.

  6. Support technical sales efforts by aligning customer needs with manufacturing capabilities and solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

  2. 5–10 years of business development experience within the oil & gas manufacturing industry.

  3. Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.

  4. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and technical discussions.

  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  6. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
