Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute the company's overall sales strategy in KSA
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
- Identify new market opportunities and expand key accounts
- Drive Huawei Cloud-related sales initiatives and vendor alignment
- Oversee high-value negotiations and contract closures
- Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management
- Support recruitment, training, and development of the sales team
- Represent the company in industry events and client meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (IT background preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in sales
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the Saudi market (Riyadh is a must, Jeddah is a plus)
- At least 1-2 years of experience selling Cloud or Information Security solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing B2B enterprise accounts
- Experience working with major vendors (Huawei experience is highly preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles in KSA
