Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within target accounts
- Outbound prospecting via calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Engaging, qualifying, and nurturing leads into sales-ready opportunities
- Researching accounts and key decision-makers to drive pipeline growth
- Managing and updating CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Working closely with Account Executives to support the sales cycle
- Consistently achieving outreach and opportunity targets
What we re looking for:
- 1 2 years experience in sales / business development / SDR
- Experience with outbound prospecting / cold calling
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence
- Resilient, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to handle objections and manage conversations effectively
- Exposure to SaaS sales
- Understanding of rewards, incentives, or gift card industries
