Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction projects across the UAE.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify potential leads.

Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and prequalification documents.

Lead the tendering process in coordination with estimation, technical, and procurement teams.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and provide regular reports to senior management.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project handover and execution.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote the company s services.

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within the construction industry in the UAE.

Strong network with developers, consultants, and key stakeholders in the UAE market.

Proven track record of securing construction projects and achieving sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of tendering processes, contracts, and commercial terms.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
