Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and analysis, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the dry cleaning sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, and achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the dry cleaning industry.
- Manage and oversee the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and activities that support business growth in the dry cleaning sector.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that contracts are signed and all parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
- Monitor and analyze sales and business performance, and provide regular reports and feedback to management.
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the dry cleaning sector.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the dry cleaning sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the dry cleaning sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the dry cleaning sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the dry cleaning industry.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges in the dry cleaning sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in the dry cleaning industry.
- Willingness to travel and attend trade shows and other industry events as required.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
