Job Title: Business Development, PRO and Telesales Specialist Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Joining Date: 15 December 2025 Visa Requirement: Must have own valid UAE visa (mandatory) Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales, Marketing, PRO & Telesales Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling government-related processes (PRO work), executing marketing activities, and managing telesales operations. This role requires strong communication skills, target-driven performance, and hands-on experience in UAE market operations. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calling, warm leads, and telesales activities. Promote company services through digital and offline marketing campaigns. Handle PRO-related tasks such as visa applications, renewals, labor and immigration processes. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with potential clients. Update CRM and maintain accurate client and sales records. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, PRO, and Telesales roles in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Amer, Tasheel, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Must have own valid UAE visa (employment, family, or freelance sponsorship). Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
