Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Development Senior Specialist will support the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, assisting in client acquisition, and contributing to proposal development and strategic outreach activities. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills within a consulting environment. Key Responsibilities Support the identification and development of new business opportunities across target sectors. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy. Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems. Support senior team members in managing client relationships and follow-ups. Participate in meetings with potential clients and assist in preparing meeting materials. Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and business plans. Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline updates regularly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. 3 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Consulting. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good understanding of B2B services; consulting experience is a plus. Ability to work with data, reports, and market research. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel). Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Strong coordination and organizational skills. Candidate must hold Saudi nationality
