Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development – Drive company growth by identifying new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Sales & Revenue Generation – Achieve sales targets through direct selling, negotiations, and closing deals. Market Research & Analysis – Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Strategic Planning – Contribute to business strategies that align with company goals. Communication Bridge – Act as a link between management and clients to ensure smooth business operations. Brand Representation – Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage). Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (industry-specific experience preferred). Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into revenue. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Good presentation and proposal writing skills. Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving ability. Time management and organizational skills. Personality Traits: Self-motivated and result-driven. Professional appearance and confident personality. Adaptable and able to work under pressure. Team player with leadership potential. Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings or business events. Strong market awareness and passion for sales growth. Fluency in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage).
