Role & responsibilities
The incumbent shall be responsible for heading the overall RMC business such as Business Planning & Market Assessment, Business Development, Sales, Marketing & Project Acquisition, Statutory Approvals & Compliance, Plant Setup & Infrastructure, Raw Material Sourcing & Supply Chain, Quality Control & Technical Setup, Fleet & Logistics Management, Manpower & Organization Setup, Cost Control & Profitability, Safety, Sustainability & Environment, Commercial Operations & Scale-up etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate Engineering & PG in Management with 18 to 28 years of experience from large RMC company.
Must have exposure in New Business Develop & set-up.
Preferred Dubai based or worked in UAE
Good communication & presentation skills.
