Roles & Responsibilities

Supports the GM Office in transforming raw data into actionable business insights. The BI Analyst ensures data accuracy, automation of key reports, and continuous improvement of performance dashboards used across the organization.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Works with business teams to spot opportunities and propose solutions to the team.
  • Develops, maintains, and enhances dashboards and automated reports.
  • Conducts data validation and QA checks on ETL outputs.
  • Collaborates with the Data Scientist to define KPIs and business metrics.
  • Documents data issues and coordinates alignments with departments.
  • Assists in ad-hoc analyses related to Performance Management, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance.
  • Manages metadata and supports the governance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
