Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the DSA P&L - drive sales volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets through the dealer sourcing channel.

  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with banking partners and car dealers across the UAE.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 Dealer Relationship Associates, including hiring, performance management, and incentive program design.
  • Oversee end to end operations in the vehicle valuation and loan processing pipeline, consistently meeting quality and turnaround time targets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Finance teams to enhance tools, reporting, and process automation.
  • Contribute to the annual operating plan (AOP), track performance against targets, and proactively course correct as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

AI First Mindset: You actively use AI tools in your daily work to move faster, solve problems smarter, and achieve more with less.

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, channel or partner management, or client facing roles. UAE or GCC exposure is preferred.
  • Proven experience directly managing a field sales or relationship team of 10-15 people, with strong capabilities in hiring, coaching, and driving accountability.
  • A hustler and builder mindset - ideally from high growth startups, fintech, B2B sales, or related environments. Direct automotive or lending experience is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - confident engaging with bank executives, dealers, and senior internal leadership.
  • Highly data driven - able to analyse dashboards, identify bottlenecks, and turn insights into rapid action.
