Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the tracking, follow up, escalation and closure of Idle Messages in order to ensure least number of unsent data
  • Provide input and support in Idle message process improvements.
  • If and when part of the idle message operations is automated, this position will be responsible to monitor along with other provider compliance monitoring.
  • Come from a Clinical or Medical background
  • Support Business Operations team in various functions such as:
  • Provider escalations
  • facility status updates,
  • integration activities such as CRM and Accella
  • Contract management
  • FD updates
  • survey management
  • mass communication
  • improvement and monitoring activities
  • collecting and reporting end users
  • following up on facility details and connection status of providers
  • issuing connected certificates
  • Managing contacts – update, categorize, share when needed
  • Responding to Onboarding, Engagement and Contact emails to the concerned team or department and track, follows up, and ensures they are addressed in a timely manner. Address inquiries related to participant’s onboarding process and requirements.
  • Coordinate, send, and when necessary, track mass communication to providers, such as DOH circulars, updated Participation Criteria, updated FAQ and Compliance Checklist, troubleshooting documents biannually and when needed.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Showcases analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
