Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Advise clients on suitable business setup options including free zone, mainland, and offshore formations.
- Provide guidance on legal structures, licensing requirements, and documentation needed for company registration.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to explain business setup services and value propositions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and deliver excellent after-sales service.
- Stay updated on UAE regulations, market trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 4 years of proven sales experience in business setup, company formation, or related services in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business regulations, free zones, and licensing procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
