Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients/consultants, advising them on the most suitable setup for their desired business activity
  • Deliver strong sales performance, consistently meeting monthly targets as defined by the Department Head
  • Support clients through the full setup process, ensuring clarity on costs and requirements at every stage
  • Advise on license applications, guiding clients through required documentation, and explaining key steps clearly and effectively
  • Provide expert recommendations on business opportunities, including differences between mainland and free zone licenses
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE business setup market to be seen as a credible advisor and trusted source of information
  • Keep clients informed on application progress, working closely with account managers and compliance teams to resolve issues
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, networking events, and partner engagements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with free zones and channel partners
  • Contribute to marketing activities including promotions, events, and digital content development
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
  • Prepare reports as required by management and contribute ideas for company growth and process improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, support new joiners, and uphold company values of teamwork, respect, and inclusion

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or equivalent

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in business setup, company formation, or a related industry
  • Proven ability to convert prospects, close deals, and consistently achieve sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, and objection-handling techniques
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain long-term client trust
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English (fluency required)
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, and engaging with strong problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
