Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the IBM TRIRIGA / MREF platform within the Integrated Facilities Management System (IFMS) project.
  • Validate vendor-delivered solutions and configurations independently to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct technical quality reviews for designs, configurations, and custom developments.
  • Configure the platform modules and participate in integration testing with HR, Finance, and Procurement systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment between technical deliverables and business needs.
  • Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and manage change requests.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, technical decisions, and system processes.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), go-live readiness, and ongoing system stabilization activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Currently based in Dubai, UAE (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT / System Implementation or Enterprise Application Projects.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA and/or MREF (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Facilities Management Systems and enterprise system integration.
  • Experience with HR, Finance, or Procurement system integrations preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
