About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Butler to join the resort s Butler Services team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Guest Service & Interaction

  • Welcome VIP guests warmly and build a discreet, attentive service relationship.

  • Provide luggage assistance, including packing/unpacking to luxury standards.

  • Conduct suite orientations and ensure guests feel fully comfortable.

  • Handle guest requests, reservations, and preferences with accuracy and elegance.

  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively elevate their stay.

Suite Preparation & Operations

  • Prepare VIP suites before arrival to luxury and Forbes standards.

  • Perform detailed pre arrival checks and report issues promptly.

  • Keep VIP pantries and service areas perfectly stocked and organized.

  • Maintain accurate guest preference profiles.

  • Complete checklists and handovers professionally.

Food & Beverage Support

  • Understand resort dining options and make confident recommendations.

  • Ensure In Room Dining orders are accurate, timely, and well presented.

Guest Departure

  • Coordinate smooth departures, including bell service and transportation.

  • Conduct final suite checks to ensure no belongings are left behind.

Professional Conduct & Teamwork

  • Resolve guest concerns with discretion and urgency.

  • Communicate clearly with all departments to ensure seamless service.

  • Uphold company standards, attend trainings, and maintain polished presentation.

Health, Safety & Sustainability

  • Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.

  • Support cleanliness, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hospitality or luxury guest service experience in a 5-star environment, including at least 3 years in VIP services.

  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

  • Exceptional VIP level customer service and communication skills.

  • Fluent in at least two languages.

  • Trustworthy, discreet, reliable, and confident.

  • Polished, charismatic, courteous, and naturally guest focused.

  • Strong problem-solving ability with composure under pressure.

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and responsive in a fast-paced luxury environment.
