Position Overview

Accor is hiring a Caf Supervisor for Swiss tel Al Murooj in Dubai. The role is responsible for overseeing daily caf operations, ensuring smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and stewarding teams while maintaining exceptional guest service standards. Core Duties


* Supervise caf operations, ensuring seamless coordination with kitchen, stewarding, and cashier teams
* Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest service, grooming, and product knowledge
* Welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and maintain friendly guest relationships
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly
* Monitor caf cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with hotel policies
* Ensure knowledge of menus, promotions, and upselling opportunities among staff
* Manage requisitions for operating materials, food, and beverages, ensuring timely delivery
* Conduct briefings, attend departmental meetings, and maintain clear communication with the team
* Contribute to the database of regular guests, personalizing service to build loyalty
* Support scheduling, task delegation, and monitoring staff performance
* Prepare and maintain mise-en-place according to daily service requirements
* Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering for prompt resolution
* Ensure compliance with fire, health, hygiene, and safety policies of Swiss tel Al Murooj

Candidate Profile

* Minimum 2 3 years of supervisory experience in a caf or coffee shop operation
* Bachelor s degree in hospitality, food service management, or related field preferred
* Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
* In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation, industry trends, and F&B operations
* Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
* Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
