Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Call Center Agents / Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide professional support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will play a key role in maintaining our company’s positive image and ensuring every customer interaction is handled efficiently and courteously.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp, and email queries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide complete information about products, promotions, and services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet call targets and achieve daily/weekly performance goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi added advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Call center / customer service experience preferred (freshers also welcome).

Salary and benefits

  • Salary: AED 3,500 – 3,800 per month (based on experience)
