Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with a friendly demeanor, ensuring customers feel valued and understood.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products, upselling when beneficial for the customer.
  • Manage customer complaints with empathy, turning challenging situations into positive experiences.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or communications is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles, showcasing a strong track record in handling inquiries.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi to cater to diverse customer bases.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks and customer requests.
  • Problem-solving skills that enable quick, effective resolutions to customer challenges.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
