Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Arabic and English
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, and services
Meet performance and quality targets set by the company
Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Females: Door-to-door transportation after 7:00 PM
Males: Transportation from meeting points

Desired Candidate Profile
Fresh graduates only
Excellent to fluent English proficiency (B2 C1)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work rotational shifts (24/7)
