Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Evaluate and score customer calls based on quality standards
- Analyze call recordings and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare quality reports and provide constructive feedback
Languages:
- Arabic native or near-native
- English Upper-Intermediate
- French a plus (not required)
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical and listening skills
- High attention to detail and objective judgment
