Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage daily camp operations

  2. Maintain discipline, order, and smooth functioning within the camp

  3. Monitor and record workers’ attendance; reduce absenteeism

  4. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained

  5. Coordinate small maintenance and repair works

  6. Supervise housekeeping and camp support staff

  7. Act as a liaison between workers and management

  8. Handle worker grievances and resolve minor issues promptly

  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and camp regulations

  10. Conduct routine inspections of rooms, facilities, and common areas

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor in UAE

  2. Strong leadership and team management skills

  3. Physically fit and able to manage camp inspections

  4. Good communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)

  5. Basic maintenance knowledge (electrical/plumbing/minor repairs preferred)

  6. Good record-keeping and reporting skills

  7. Ability to handle workforce discipline professionally

  8. Immediate joiners preferred
