Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently to maintain high standards of service.
- Manage and coordinate accommodation logistics for staff and guests, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
- Supervise and train camp staff, fostering a collaborative team environment to enhance performance and morale.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures, prioritizing the well-being of all camp occupants.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in camp management or a similar role, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Experience in labour camps in dubai is advantageous, highlighting adaptability and resilience.
