Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise overall operations of the labour camp
  • Ensure proper accommodation arrangements and room allocation
  • Oversee housekeeping, repairs & maintenance, security, pest control, and hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local authority requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, employee check-in/check-out, and room allocation
  • Monitor kitchen operations to ensure food quality and hygiene standards
  • Handle residents complaints and grievances professionally
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on camp operations, maintenance, and requirements
  • Monitor and control utilities (water, electricity, gas) to ensure cost-effective usage
  • Maintain discipline and ensure smooth camp operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Camp Superintendent / Camp Boss or in a similar role (GCC experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and supervisory skills
  • Sound knowledge of camp maintenance, hygiene standards, and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage a multicultural workforce
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, record keeping)
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
