Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Call customers for follow ups, confirmations, reminders, and upsells.
- Manage WhatsApp communication with fast responses and a professional tone.
- Handle daily booking and scheduling for detailing, tinting, PPF, and related services.
- Maintain a simple CRM pipeline: leads, follow ups, job status, and customer history.
- Support sales by explaining services, packages, and add-ons clearly.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth job flow and accurate timing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills
- Strong communication on calls + WhatsApp.
- Consistent follow up discipline and customer handling.
- Ability to manage schedules and time slots efficiently.
- Basic understanding of car care services or willingness to learn quickly.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast paced shop environment.
- Previous experience in a car care / detailing / tinting / automotive service shop.Existing client base or personal network in the automotive community (advantage).
- Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools.
