Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Result Areas:
- Lead the career programs and services team as well as activities in line with QCDC's strategic framework
- Perform and manage the planning, implementation and evaluation tasks related to QCDC's career initiatives and projects
- Prepare various content material related to career programs and services, such as presentations and reports
- Participate in due diligences and technical evaluations related to prospective partners and key suppliers
- Oversee outsourcing projects, such as contracted event and service management partners and suppliers, to ensure that work is completed as agreed on time, and to the requisite quality
- Oversee staff performance and development by setting KPIs, evaluating results and implementing professional growth plans to enhance service quality.
- Submit regular reports as appropriate and required.
- Take responsibility for continuity of key operations and for managing risks applicable to area of responsibility.
- Assist in building and developing critical stakeholders' relationships in alignment with pre-set objectives.
- Provide all team members with various sorts of assistance and advice throughout all project phases, including planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Set and manage the career programs and services budget and revenue generation.
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field & 8-10 years of relevant full-time work experience, 3 of which at a supervisory level, preferably master s degree in Career Development Management.
- Outstanding leadership, analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Oracle ERP
