What You ll Do
* Process transactions for cash management products including clearing, remittances, deposits, loans, and PDCs
* Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, SLAs, and standard operating procedures
* Monitor and reconcile suspense and internal accounts, escalating issues as required
* Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers, including VIP clients
* Maintain confidentiality and safe custody of customer records and documents
* Participate in UAT for systems changes and support bank-wide initiatives
* Prepare SOPs, reports, and reconciliations for effective decision-making and audit compliance
* Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk
* Support document archival, retrieval, and record management per department standards
* Handle queries from internal stakeholders and other banks to ensure timely resolution
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree or higher diploma in a relevant field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in cash management operations
* Strong knowledge of transaction processing, reconciliations, and compliance practices
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
