Job Description

Ensure the rigorous and confidential management of the hotel's cash operations, in compliance with internal procedures and luxury hotel standards, while guaranteeing a smooth, elegant and impeccable customer experience.

  • Record and collect customer payments (cash, bank cards, checks, transfers, deferred payments)

  • Ensure the opening, closing, and daily reconciliation of the cash register

  • Verify the conformity of invoices and payment methods

  • Manage foreign currencies according to the procedures in force

  • Welcoming and assisting clients with courtesy, discretion and professionalism

  • Answering billing-related questions with clarity and elegance

  • Managing sensitive situations or complaints diplomatically

  • Strictly apply financial and security procedures

  • Guaranteeing the confidentiality of customer and financial information

  • Report any anomalies or cash register cart


Qualifications

  • Training in accounting, management or hospitality appreciated

  • Exp rience quivalente accept e

  • Desired experience as a cashier, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end environment.

  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and hotel software (PMS)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable with numbers and computer tools

  • Mastery of cash register and invoicing procedures

  • Good stress and priority management
