Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all cashier operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and handling cash efficiently.
• Supervise kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation and ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
• Train new employees on cash handling procedures, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and kitchen protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring product availability.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or retail environment is highly preferred.
• A food handler's certificate is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
