Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders

Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently

Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately

Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges when necessary

Pack pastries and bakery items carefully and hygienically

Answer customer inquiries about products, ingredients, and prices

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area

Ensure display shelves are neat and well-stocked

Follow hygiene, food safety, and company policies

Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor

Support the team during busy hours

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred

Basic math and computer skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude

Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours

Good personal hygiene and professional appearance

Ability to stand for long periods
